By listening to the customer on “must-have” features, and applying decades of cleaning system experience, ACT engineered a “SUPER-SIZED” system to combine advanced oil removal filtration, and on-screen recipe building for tube sets. Add the ability to control the massive sonic power input and an all-electric transfer system with infeed and outfeed elevators, and let the work commence. Thousands of tubes can be cleaned monthly to exacting levels! The technology lends itself well to straight and bent tube or large part processing to precision level wash and rinse (plus drying). ACT also routinely designs and manufactures OSHA compliant operator mezzanines shown with in-house powder coated finishes. The LED lighting under the exhaust hood and the eye wash station made the EH &S Department happy!
