ACT Oval Track Washers (OTW) are a complete system to clean and dry standard or custom parts and return them to a single operator. The OTW can also be paired and integrated with advanced robotics to further increase production and efficiency.
The machine cleans each part utilizing a multi-stage cleaning process with a wide variety of stage configurations to produce the results required. Each Oval Track Washer system can also be customized to include as many stages as you would like. The OTW system indexes using adjustable intervals from 10 seconds upwards to several minutes.
Our OTW motion system is smooth, repeatable, extremely safe and moves each part on a fixture specifically engineered and fabricated to hold your unique part. The track moves the part through multiple stages of the cleaning process delivering only known clean solution to each part. Which prevents recontamination from the closed loop cleaning tanks.
